The 700 West condo units are very large and two-story design similar to a townhome but in a condominium residence. 700 West condo has approximately 140 feet of powdery Gulf of Mexico fronted beach. 700 West has a beautiful club house complete with a full kitchen and restrooms for special events. 700 West condo has Parking under the building for one car and plenty of guest parking around the building. There are keyed elevators and a maintenance person on staff 6 days a week. 700 West condo is pet friendly and allows 2 pets up to 35 lbs.
