Boca Vista Condo has No age restrictions. Minutes from John’s Pass. Enjoy tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, or just float in the pool and relax in the hot tub. The clubhouse is available with a reservation for parties at no cost. Boca Vista Condo is just 3 blocks from the beach. Enjoy the intercoastal waters from your deck.
Boca Vista Condo offers a recreation building, heated pool, aps, tennis, and a secured lobby. Plenty of parking for guests. The low monthly maintenance fee includes water, basic cable and internet, and all your basics. 14 Deeded Boat Slips at Boca Vista, a Private, Waterfront Community overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway & Gulf of Mexico in Madeira Beach
Boca Vista Condo dock Lift can accommodate a 25ft / 10K lbs. boat and has dedicated water and electrical feeds. Condo Rules state a NO PETS policy. Two parking spaces come with this condo; one covered carport and one open. Lush 3-acre complex with tennis courts and just a few short blocks to the beach.

There are plenty of activities in and around of The Boca Vista Condo beginning with our pride and joy stellar sugary sand public beaches. We also have town parks with basketball courts, baseball fields, softball fields, tennis courts, fitness, playgrounds, gazebos, beach volleyball, , ROC Park Concerts, and plenty of green space and special events.
However, if you’d like to venture outside the town, there are plenty of activities to keep your calendar full. Here are some of the fun activities to choose from:
John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk – Always a great tourist destination with tons of shops, restaurants, watercraft rentals and fishing.
Smuggler’s Cove Mini Golf – Smugglers Cove Adventure Golf courses feature 18 Holes of adventure style golf in which you’ll navigate through caves, pirate ships, waterfalls and live alligators which you can feed!
Mad Beach Boat Rentals – Rent boats or jet skis / wave runners and enjoy our playground on the water!
Offshore Addict Fishing Charters – Come enjoy the world famous fishing for year round excitement!
Bardmoor Golf – Only about a 20 minute drive, Bardmoor is a very challenging public par 72 golf course that was voted best golf course in Tampa Bay in 2019.

So, after a fun day at the beach, or any of the above activities everyone should be ready for some culinary delights! In or around of The Boca Vista Condo there are plenty of restaurants with a wide variety of choices. Seafood abounds in our area and there are plenty of restaurants to specialize in locally caught seafood. We also have plenty of ethnic restaurants or restaurants that have international flair. Lunch or Dinner:
Dockside Dave’s – Restaurant / Bar /Grill with what is considered the best Grouper sandwich on the beach. (I like mine blackened and try the monster onion rings!)
Gulf Bistro – Authentic French restaurant in Madeira Beach. Try the Cote d’Agneau Au Jus (Lamb chops) or the Magret De Canard A L’orange (Roast duck in orange sauce)
Mario’s Ristoronte Italiano – Authentic Italian on Gulf Blvd in Madeira Beach. In the same plaza as Daiquiri Shak. (Try the Veal Piazziola)
Thai Star Sushi Bar – Sushi Bar that also serves Thai food. A local favorite located on Gulf Blvd in Madeira beach next door to Gulf Bistro. (Try the Sexy Man Roll)
Daiquiri Shak– A local favorite for over 30 years, Great food, large outdoor deck and live music. There is an enormous selection of daiquiris and drink available. (Try the Johnny Utah daiquiri!)
Coastal Taco– Another local favorite that has recently expanded, they specialize in “Gourmet” street tacos and Taco Bowls. (Try the namesake: Coastal Taco)

Lisa’s Cafe– Specializing in Breakfast (Brunch) , this restaurant specializes in American fare. They even have their crab cakes flown in from Maryland daily! (Try the Bananas Foster French Toast!)
The Old Snack Shack – I spent time here since I was a kid. It’s changed a lot over the years, but it’s been here since 1934, located at Archibald Park right on the beach. They serve breakfast, sandwiches & seafood, plus frozen cocktails and beer with live music in the afternoons and evenings.
