Barefoot Beach Resort of Indian Shores is a 168 unit complex located on five acres of lushly landscaped property, with a walking path along the waterway on the intracoastal waterway across the street from impeccable Indian Shores beach, a family-friendly beach town. Barefoot Beach of Indian Shores provides private deeded beach access for guest/owners. Rich tropical landscaping and the architecture of Barefoot Beach Resort of Indian Shores is reminiscent of a small Key West style village and offers incredible amenities including heated pool, private fishing dock, 14 BBQs located all over the property, laundry facilities in every building complex, (boat slips may be available to buy or lease). Barefoot Beach Resort of Indian Shores has no rental restrictions for the unit so daily, weekly, etc. rentals are allowed. Your condo can also be homesteaded if it is a primary residence.
There is also rental office on the premises if you opt to participate in their Rental Program or use off-site company or manage it yourself. This can be your own private getaway. Golf, shopping, sightseeing, water sports and excellent restaurants are all nearby.
