Dolphin key condo was built in 2017 with a total of 30 intracoastal front condos in the five story building with secure elevator entrance. Dolphin Key Condo has sweeping, unobstructed water views and an array of resort like amenities. A heated pool and spa, gas fire pit with outdoor seating, weber barbecue grills, gazebo with nice boardwalk leading to the boat and fishing dock, kayak, paddle board storage and a dog park, and a promenade along the shoreline, all surrounded by lush landscaping accent the good life at Dolphin Key Condo and amenities are access protected requiring a keypad code. Some units at Dolphin Key Condo have boat slips, pool side cabanas or both! Units come with two assigned parking spaces with one under the building. Dolphin Key Condo is pet-friendly with 2 pets allowed with a combined weight of no more than 50 lbs. Access the beautiful Indian Shores beach and warm lapping waters of the Gulf of Mexico from Dolphin Key Condo via the beach access at nearby Tiki Gardens Park. The monthly maintenance fee at Dolphin Key Condo includes cable TV, community cool, insurance, exterior maintenance, grounds maintenance, sewer, trash, and water. Dolphin Key Condo is a 30 day minimum rental building.
Dolphin Key Condo is centrally located along Pinellas County’s beaches between Clearwater Beach and St Pete Beach and consists of restaurants, beach shops, attractions, city parks, bike path, and walking path all along Gulf Blvd. there is a public trolley that will pick you up on Gulf Blvd and runs the whole 26 mile stretch of the Pinellas Beaches. Just 15 Minutes to Clearwater Beach, 20 Minutes to Downtown St Pete, and Just 45 minutes to Tampa International Airport. Dolphin Key Condo could be your perfect beach getaway!
