Barefoot Terrace is a unique finely crafted custom residence encompasses bold architecture and is an entertainer’s dream. Barefoot Terrace is intimate with a total of 7 residences total within the building. (The 3rd floor is a single unit with 2 units on each of the other floors. your condo boasts 2 under building parking spaces. Barefoot Terrace has sweeping balconies with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. The elevator stops in a foyer on each floor with whom you only share with one neighbor. Barefoot Terrace condos come with 2 under building parking spots and ample guest parking. The stunning pool area at Barefoot Terrace looks out over approximately 100 feet of beach front, has an outdoor shower, grill area and access to to secure stairway that you can walk up to your unit from the pool area without having to access the elevator at the front of the building. Barefoot Terrace is pet friendly allowing 2 pets up to 30lbs each.
The monthly maintenance fee at Barefoot Terrace includes cable TV, community pool, insurance, grounds maintenance, pool maintenance, security, Sewer, Trash, and Water.
