Beach Place of Indian Shores is located directly on the pristine sugary sands of Indian Shores beach. An intimate building, Beach Place of Indian Shores has only has 11 units on three floors (with elevator) and offers 30 day minimum rentals. There is a very nice, heated pool and spa, under building parking and one small pet up to 20lbs is allowed for owners at Beach Place of Indian Shores. Outside of Beach Place of Indian Shores there is a public trolley that will pick you up right out front and runs the whole 26 mile stretch of the Pinellas Beaches. Just 15 Minutes to Clearwater Beach, 20 Minutes to Downtown St Pete, and Just 45 minutes to Tampa International Airport.
The monthly maintenance fees at Beach Place of Indian Shores includes escrow reserves fund, insurance, exterior maintenance, grounds maintenance, Sewer and water.
