The Belleview Gulf Condos complex is a 3-day minimum Vacation Rental condominium complex that is perfect for holiday weekend rentals, short term rentals, seasonal rentals and long-term rentals. Ride the beach trolley to the world-famous John’s Pass boardwalk with shopping, restaurants, deep sea charters and night life and Clearwater Beach and its many amenities. Each unit at Belleview Gulf condos comes with its own assigned parking spot plus guest parking. The monthly maintenance fee at Belleview Gulf condos includes Cable TV, Community Pool, Escrow Reserves Fund, Insurance, Maintenance Exterior, Maintenance Grounds, Recreational Facilities, Sewer, Trash, and Water. Belleview Gulf condos is pet friendly allowing one small pet up to 35 lbs.
