The private and spectacular Del Mar West is an exclusive Gulf of Mexico – beach front building with just 8 residences with two car secured garages . Del Mar West Condo was built in year 2006, and is a five story building with the first floor utilized for the garages. Each floor of Del Mar West thereafter has only two units per floor. Del Mar West units go from front to back which gives you spectacular views of not only the beach and gulf but also of the intercoastal. Del Mar West Condo has a minimum rental period of 1 Month and a medium sized pet (36-60 is allowed.
Del Mar West features association owned recreation, Pool, water access, and buyer approval by the association is required. The monthly maintenance at Del Mar West fees include escrow reserves fund, flood insurance, building exterior insurance, exterior maintenance, grounds maintenance , pool maintenance, security, sewer, trash and water.
