Emilia Townhomes

One of My Favorite Small Beach Towns On The Coast!

Emilia Townhomes is a beautiful vacation rental property on the water with a usable dock in the calm and serene town of Redington Shores. Walk across the street to the beach or enjoy the view of the inter-coastal from your living room or Master bedroom balconies. Emilia Townhomes is situated directly on the Intracoastal Waterway and across from the beach. A shared dock is a perfect place to fish or simply watch boats pass on the Intracoastal Waterway. Three-story townhome. Emilia Townhomes has a private dock behind the garage that allows you to cast a line on the water, and a nearby boat ramp makes aquatic adventures a breeze.

Emilia Townhomes property is currently managed by a national vacation rental agency. Located in Redington Shores’ “Commercial Tourist Facilities” zone, one of few areas where short-term vacation rentals are legally permitted on the Gulf Coast. Ultra-low $150/month association dues cover all exterior maintenance, boat dock, and trash and recycling. New HVAC systems with smart thermostats (one for each living level) installed in 2021 with a 12-year extended service agreement.
