Notable storage throughout Fairwinds condo includes 2 pantries, big laundry room, and a convenient 2 car garage. Appreciate the pool with separate heated spa, tropical landscaped grounds, fully funded reserves and well managed association. This is an outstanding building home with many attributes not often found in comparable properties. Fairwinds condo is pet friendly allowing 2 pets maximum 35 lbs each. The monthly maintenance fee at Fairwinds includes community pool, insurance, exterior maintenance, grounds maintenance, pest control, sewer, trash, and water. Fairwinds is a 30 day minimum rental building.
