Holiday Villas 2 is a Gulf beach front condo community where you can enjoy fun in the sun and generate income from short or long term rentals. Holiday Villas features secured lobby/ Elevator, community pool, charcoal BBQ on the North side and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy those Florida sunsets. Indian Shores is one of the best kept secrets on the beach and is perfectly located so you can enjoy all the Gulf Coast has to offer. Enjoy the sun, surf and extra money with at Holiday Villas 2 or you can rent for an income stream property. Holiday Villas (2) has a 4 day minimum rental period and on-site rental management if needed. Holiday Villas 2 is pet friendly allowing one pet up to 20 lbs. for owners only. The monthly fee at Holiday Villas 2 includes water, sewer, trash, basic cable, escrow reserves, heated pool, exterior maintenance to the building and grounds, insurance, internet, pool maintenance and more.
