Outside of Le Scampi Condos there is a public trolley that will pick you up right out front and runs the whole 26 mile stretch of the Pinellas Beaches. Just 15 Minutes to Clearwater Beach, 20 Minutes to Downtown St Pete, and Just 45 minutes to Tampa International Airport. The maintenance fee includes common area, escrow reserves fund, insurance, exterior maintenance, landscaping, grounds maintenance, Manager, pest control, pool maintenance, sprinkler system (inside condo) maintained by condo association, trash, sewer, and water provided. Owner is responsible for utilities: electric and cable/phone.
