Marwick Condo Welcomes You!
My Favorite Small Beach Town On The Coast!
This is PERFECT! Whether you spend the winter or an afternoon off, you will be delighted with this beach escape! In 1961, when Marilyn Monroe & Joe DiMaggio were relaxing in North Redington Beach, the Marwick Condo was one of the many cozy beachfront motels they would have strolled by. Nostalgia will kick into high gear as soon as you open the gate to the condo’s lush tropical landscaping, complete with a shuffleboard court, and catch the silver sparkle of sunshine on waves. The only thing missing is a flock of Flamingos! From this unit, you are steps…STEPS! to the beach. Don’t miss out on your chance to own a piece of “Old Florida”. Marwick Condo offers a unique boutique private setting with only 12 units total. Don’t miss out on this RARE opportunity to capture a piece of “Old Florida”. CASH offers only – Marwick Condo association will not meet lender requirements.
