Onella is Gulf front condominium residence with A total of 10 residences all corner location with huge Gulf front balconies with glass railings. Onella’s contemporary design is striking and modern with a brilliant white exterior and blue-green glass. Onella has a mixture of 3 and 4 bedroom units. There are eight 3600 square ft units and two 4300 square ft units. Onella’s secured, fobbed coded high-speed traction elevator quickly delivers its occupants to the condo’s impressive private foyer. Onella residences also have two floor to ceiling windows, a luxurious Gulf front master suite with a massive walk-in closet, a climate control storage room, natural gas cooking, a gourmet kitchen with a social island and peninsular seating. All of Onella’s exterior glass is hurricane resistant and insulated.
Onella’s security consists of cameras and a coded elevator and lobby. All of Onella’s interior and exterior walls and the ceiling are insulated for soundproofing. Onella has a beach front heated pool, spill over spa and Community gas grill summer kitchen. Each residence at Onella has a large 2 stall garage with its 18’ garage door and 10’ ceiling with driveway access 20 ft wide for an easy maneuvering even for larger personal use vehicles. Onella is a pet friendly building allowing 2 large pets but there are breed restrictions. (tenants are not allowed pets) Onella has a six month minimum rental period policy.

Broke N Bored Grill: Great place that I would recommend very much They have such a good food/beach menu, location and staff are all winners. They have a nice beer selection and wines too, Check them out!
Coastal Pizza Kitchen: Come enjoy the sounds of pleasing music in the background and the buzz of people gathering to enjoy a great meal together. They have an Excellent location with, friendly staff, great beer, pizza & pasta dinners, and lots of outdoor seating.
