Pier House One is a Key West style condo community of 10 total units with views up and down the intracoastal waterway. Pier House One is directly across the street from the beach with a lighted cross walk. All residences at Pier House One come with deeded boat slips. Pier House One Boat dock directly on the intracoastal will accommodate a large yacht. Pull straight out into the intracoastal with no maneuvering. Pier House One has easy Gulf of Mexico access to the North or South. “Boat In” restaurants in either direction. Pier House One has a resort style geothermal heated pool and spa, Bathroom facilities are available just outside the pool area, and association owned water softener for the entire building. At Pier House One there is a storage closet for your fishing poles, beach chairs, umbrella, etc.
Pier House One has Tropical landscaping complete with a waterfront garden. Secure grounds and elevators complement the privacy factor. Enjoy quiet white sand beaches with warm water, clear enough to see your toes. Restaurants, shops, bike/scooters, paddleboard, kayaks are within walking distance of Pier House One as well. Beach directly across the street with lighted cross walk. There is undercover parking for 2+ vehicles. No interruptions with beach vacationers as the protective Deed Restrictions seek to maintain an owner-occupied environment as annual leases only are allowed. No short-term rentals. Long term leasing is conditionally permitted. No more than 30% of the 10 units in the complex may be rented. Pier House One is pet friendly allowing one cat or one dog per owner up to 100 lbs. Guests may not have pets.

Broke N Bored Grill: Great place that I would recommend very much They have such a good food/beach menu, location and staff are all winners. They have a nice beer selection and wines too, Check them out!
Coastal Pizza Kitchen: Come enjoy the sounds of pleasing music in the background and the buzz of people gathering to enjoy a great meal together. They have an Excellent location with, friendly staff, great beer, pizza & pasta dinners, and lots of outdoor seating.
Salt Rock Grill: Salt Rock Grill is a legendary beach landmark that has a burning passion for delectable food, enticing drink and pleasurable surroundings.
