Sand Castle Condo II allowed one pet for owners, no pet weight restrictions. Prime waterfront, prime location, prime views of the Gulf of Mexico from the large glass sliders. Newer windows and newer patio sliders. This unit comes with an under the building prime parking spot (which all owners do not have), and the complex has guest parking.
Sand Castle Condo II building has two elevators for easy access to your condominium. The a/c condensing unit is in a separate vented closet off the balcony for easy access for maintenance. This unit would be a prestige unit to maximize weekly rentals or consider it as your main/second residence. The property has lush landscaping, heated pool/spa, grills and has a dedicated staff person 7 days a week. Miles of white sandy beaches are accessed from this property. Sand Castle Condo II association provides the secure Wi-Fi and cable package. The location of the complex allows you to walk or take the Trolley to many well-known restaurants such as Salt Rock Grill, Caddy’s Guppy’s, or boat/bike rentals.
Sand Castle Condo II Clubhouse owners can give you access to a kitchen, pool table, exercise area and plenty of space for gatherings. It has two barbecue grills by the pool. Enjoy your day at the pool or grill in the designated barbecue area
