Sea Shell of Indian Shore Minimum rental is one night! Long term rentals (annual) are allowed. Vacation rentals and short term rentals are not allowed. There is a dog walking area just to the rear of the south side units, complete with pick up bags and waste station. Pool is not currently heated, but HOA is in talks to plan this. There is a fishing pier on the property and a kayak launch. Beach access is a few hundred feet to the north or south of the entrance to Sea Shell via beach access roads. The Beach Trolley stop is close by. There is a convenience store and ice cream parlor on the site. Within a quarter of a mile are cafes/bars/restaurants/pharmacy/post office/boat, cycle rentals and more. Gulf Boulevard has designated walking paths and bike pathways. Sea Shell condos are one of the rare, larger townhouse properties on gulf boulevard, close to the beach, with huge garage space and short term rental policies. They are perfect second homes, weekend beach getaways, or long term/short term rental investment properties.

Broke N Bored Grill: Great place that I would recommend very much They have such a good food/beach menu, location and staff are all winners. They have a nice beer selection and wines too, Check them out!

Salt Rock Grill: Salt Rock Grill is a legendary beach landmark that has a burning passion for delectable food, enticing drink and pleasurable surroundings. Known for hand cut U.S.D.A prime and choice grade beef, fresh dayboat caught seafood, raw bar and amazing wine cellar. Located in Indian Shores overlooking the intercoastal waterway.
