The Intercoastal condo is a small quiet 20 unit complex with 2-story walk up buildings, perfect for a second holiday home or primary residence. With the Beach just across the street from the Intracoastal condo, you can have toes in the sand in less than 5 minutes, and enjoy sunsets every night! Parking is a Breeze within the Complex and provides two Covered Parking spaces. Pets under 25lbs are welcome at The Intracoastal condo as well. The Beach Trolley runs right in front of complex with easy access to all shopping, dining and entertainment. Daily rentals make this a great income producing investment, yet this quiet complex is perfect for a second holiday home or primary residence. Indian Shores is a rare Beach Community with Underground Utilities and Designated Bike Paths on Gulf Boulevard.

Family-friendly fun atmosphere in a clean environment with indoor and outdoor seating options. Full liquor, extensive bottle & draft selections of wine, and more! They have a HUGE menu that is all made to order and fresh!
JD’s Restaurant & Lounge: If you’re looking for a nice place to go – fairly priced good food, with live music, a comfortable, fun (not loud and wild) atmosphere, with great service – I heartily recommend J.D.’s Restaurant.
Broke N Bored Grill: Great place that I would recommend very much They have such a good food/beach menu, location and staff are all winners. They have a nice beer selection and wines too, Check them out!
Coastal Pizza Kitchen: Come enjoy the sounds of pleasing music in the background and the buzz of people gathering to enjoy a great meal together. They have an Excellent location with, friendly staff, great beer, pizza & pasta dinners, and lots of outdoor seating.

There are plenty of activities in and around The Intercoastal Condo beginning with our pride and joy stellar sugary sand public beach. We also have plenty of town parks and public access to docks and the intracoastal waterway.

John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk – Always a great tourist destination with tons of shops, restaurants, watercraft rentals and fishing.
Smuggler’s Cove Mini Golf – Smugglers Cove Adventure Golf courses feature 18 Holes of adventure style golf in which you’ll navigate through caves, pirate ships, waterfalls and live alligators which you can feed!
