Each residence has an expansive beachfront terrace (veranda) stretching 70 feet wide along the entire back of each unit and wrapping around for an additional 30 feet along the southwest. This provides exquisite long-range beach and intracoastal views and over 1,000sq.ft. of private, outdoor living space and allows for floor to ceiling doors and windows, joining the outdoors to the indoors. The Verandas on the Gulf has a private coded elevator, beautiful, landscaped grounds, a large Gulf front heated pool and spa with poolside lounging areas, and a common room with a kitchenette and restrooms. The Verandas on the Gulf is pet friendly, allowing 2 pets up to 100 lbs. each. The Verandas on the Gulf has a 90-day minimum rental policy.
