Water view condo is a small complex of 34 units located on the Intracoastal Waterway in Indian Shores. Water View condo offers the best of both worlds. Just steps across the street is a private beach access taking you to the fantastic white sandy Indian Shores Beach or on the East side of the building is a fishing pier and the Intracoastal Waterway. A heated pool, spa and grill area complete the Water View condo experience.
Water View is a 7-day rental building, perfect for investors, second homes, plus there are many permanent residents. There are no pets allowed at Water View condo. The monthly fees at Water View condo include Cable TV, community pool, escrow reserves fund, Insurance, exterior maintenance, grounds maintenance , pest control, sewer, trash and water.
